BOARD OF THE YEAR 2022 – Resolution of the Board of 21.09.2022
The members of the UPP Association - Privacy Professionals Union are convened for an ordinary meeting in the city of NAPOLI, place of the meeting to be established according to the number of participating members, For the day 26 NOVEMBER 2022 at 7.00 - first call - for the day 26 NOVEMBER 2022 at 20.00 - second call - to discuss and resolve on the following agenda:
- Political report by the President on the state of the Association;
- Approval of the year final report 2021 and approval of the annual budget report 2022;
- Various and possible.
- The Assembly will be validly constituted on first call if at least the 50% + 1 of the shareholders with the right to vote, on second call, whatever the number of shareholders attending. The Assembly decides by an absolute majority of those present. A maximum of 2 (due) proxies per shareholder.
- The right to vote (active electorate) it can be validly exercised provided that the interested party is up to date with the payment of the membership fee for both the current and previous years from the date of his registration. This condition can be remedied by paying the membership fee before the date of the meeting itself.
- Pursuant to art. 7, comma 8, of the Statute, the meeting will also take place electronically, thus giving the shareholders the right to participate and contribute to the formation of the constitutive and deliberative number. The concrete methods of transmission will be communicated by the Board on the eve of the vote on the institutional website.
- By the day 20 November, on the institutional website, the meeting place will be indicated. To allow for an orderly organization, members are invited to confirm their participation by 6 November 2022 by sending an email to info@upprivacy.org.

SOCIAL EVENTS
On the occasion of the Assembly, The partners, and their guests, are invited to participate in the cultural visit of the city of Naples, discovering the Neapolitan esoteric art, to be held on Saturday 26 November 2022. A convivial dinner will follow in the evening. More information will be published on the institutional website and on UPP's social networks.
